libasement.com is a marketing and lead generation website owned and operated by Catalyst Digital LLC, a New York limited liability company ("Catalyst," "we," "us," or "our").

We are not a contractor or service provider, and we do not perform basement & waterproofing work. This website exists to connect people in Long Island, NY who need basement & waterproofing services with an independent local professional that we work with.

2. How this website works

When you call a number on this site or submit a request form, we pass your request and contact information to the independent basement & waterproofing professional we work with in your area. That professional — not Catalyst — contacts you, provides any estimate, and performs any work you hire them for.

Any agreement for services is between you and that professional directly. They operate under their own business name, their own licenses and insurance, and their own contract with you. Catalyst is not a party to that agreement.

The professionals we work with compensate us for marketing and lead generation services. That is how this website is funded.

3. Licensing and vetting

Where the law requires a license for the work being performed, we require the professionals we work with to hold the applicable license and carry insurance. Credentials and license status can change over time, so you should confirm licensing, insurance, and any other qualifications directly with the professional before hiring them.
