How LI Basement Pro Started
LI Basement Pro opened in 2013 after years of watching Long Island homeowners get poor service from contractors who didn't understand LI's specific challenges — high water table, clay soil, aging cinderblock foundations, and strict local permit requirements. Basements are all we do, and that focus is the whole point of the company.
"We've done 580 basements on Long Island. We've seen every quirk this soil has." That's not a marketing line — it's the knowledge that comes from a decade and a half of finishing basements in Hicksville, Levittown, Garden City, Commack, and everywhere in between.
